California Bankruptcy Courts - Southern District

The California Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District maintains one divisional office and serves San Diego and Imperial Counties. Offices are located in the historic Joseph Weinberger Courthouse that was originally built in 1913, and remolded in 1994. The 2008 case volume was divided among the following chapters:

The Southern District supplies debtors with web access to petitions, schedules and related forms and documents. Also, local rules and filing instructions are available.
